Do you offer custom designs?
We may be able to provide custom work for our customers but it is on a limited basis. Please contact us to see if we are available for hire.
Do you already have a design?
If you have a logo or design on another website or selling venue, it can be implemented into your BuyItSellIt store. Please contact us for these services.
What services do we offer?
Our primary focus are stock templates. Whether these are exclusive templates or templates that will be resold to various store owners, this is our focus. We want you to be able to see the look you are getting before you buy. We want to bring you the best of our creativity from the free mind.
How long before we install your template?
If you have chosen to have us install your template, generally we can complete that in no more than 48 hours. However, we are human and life does happen so it may be longer. If it will be more than 48 hours, we will let you know.
Needing help with basic HTML?
Please see our Basic HTML page for an easy to understand explaination of basic HTML. This is not a complete HTML information page, but a basic beginning.
Can we create your product listings for you?
No. At this time, that is not a service we offer and we are not sure we will offer that service in the future as you know your product more than we do.
Can we help you with your BuyItSellIt website?
Yes and no. Not on a one on one basis but we do post on the BuyItSellIt support forum regularly. Posting over there is great as you will get answers from other experienced BuyItSellIt store owners and also the BuyItSellIt customer support department.
Can we help you with selling on eBay?
No, we're sorry. We can not. eBay has a large collection of discussion forums that are full of great information. Beware, you will find that with the recent eBay changes, there are a lot of very unhappy sellers over there. Do not base your selling practices on what you read from others but rather on where you want your business to go. If you feel eBay is the venue for you, then go for it!
